For Client Experience Week, UNICO Group welcomed our cart to its La Vista office for a morning of coffee made to order.

The occasion
A thoughtful start to the day.
UNICO’s team was planning a coffee gathering during Client Experience Week. The brief was straightforward: bring our mobile espresso bar to the office, prepare for approximately 35 guests, and serve from 9 to 10 a.m.
A defined service window made coffee easy to fit into the morning. Our cart brought the café experience to their workplace, with drinks prepared individually for guests.

UNICO selected four syrup flavors for the morning, with whole milk and oat milk available alongside the espresso drinks.

Before the event, we confirmed the guest estimate, flavor selections, service time, and an on-site contact. We planned an 8:15 a.m. arrival to set up before coffee service began and coordinated access to a standard 120V outlet.
