Planning your holiday coffee bar.
How far ahead should I inquire?
Reach out as soon as you know your date and location. We usually prefer at least two to three weeks’ notice and can sometimes accommodate a shorter timeframe. We’ll check availability before preparing your proposal.
How much does holiday coffee catering cost?
Your quote is based on guest count, service time, location, drink selection, and customizations. Share your plans through our quote form so we can put together a proposal for your event.
What space and power does our cart need?
Please plan for at least 7 feet by 5 feet of open space and access to a standard 120V outlet reserved for our setup. Tell us about your venue and access arrangements so we can plan the details together.
Can we include drinks for guests who don’t drink coffee?
Yes. Chai and hot chocolate are welcoming options. Tell us about dietary preferences or allergies when you inquire so we can discuss ingredients and the options for your group.
Can we personalize the menu for our company or celebration?
Yes. Choose favorite flavors, personal drink names, and a menu styled for your occasion. Ask about branded cups and additional customization, and we’ll include the agreed details in your quote.
