These terms cover use of The Usual Coffee Co. website and our event inquiry process. We provide mobile coffee cart and espresso bar catering for corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, and brand activations in the Omaha area. Confirmed event services are governed by your accepted quote and written booking agreement.

Website use

Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact and event information. Do not submit misleading inquiries, interfere with the website, or attempt to access systems or information without permission.

Quotes & bookings

Quotes reflect your guest count, service duration, travel distance, and selected add-ons. Sending an inquiry or requesting pricing does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Your event is confirmed through our booking process, including written confirmation and any requirements stated in your quote or agreement. The agreed menu, service, timing, and location will be set out in those documents.

Payments & event changes

Payment schedules, deposits, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are specified in your event quote or booking agreement. Contact us in writing about changes to your date, venue, guest count, or service needs. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing. If these website terms conflict with a confirmed event agreement, the event agreement controls for that booking.

Planning your service

Menu selections and event logistics are subject to confirmation. We will coordinate access, setup, and any venue requirements with you as part of event planning. Please discuss ingredient questions, allergies, and dietary needs with us before booking so we can explain available options and preparation arrangements.

Content & third-party services

Our branding, text, and other website materials, including photographs, are protected by applicable intellectual property rights and belong to their respective owners. You may view the site and share links. Commercial reuse or republication requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
